1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, platform, and related services (“Services”) operated by Zorovex Technologies (Pvt.) Limited(“Zorovex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the Zorovex.ai brand. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Services

Zorovex Technologies (Pvt.) Limited provides a modular CRM and AI communication platform, including messaging automation, appointment booking, optional channel integrations, and related tools. Features available to you depend on your selected plan and enabled modules.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
  • You must have authority to bind your business to these Terms
  • You must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans, add-on modules, and usage-based units are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your account
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of channel policies
  • Attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized data, or disrupt the platform
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Misrepresent AI-generated responses as human when prohibited by law or platform rules

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta messaging products, Google Calendar, telephony providers). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by those providers.

7. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated based on your configuration and available data. You are responsible for reviewing automated communications, ensuring compliance with your industry regulations, and configuring appropriate escalation and human oversight where required.

9. Intellectual Property

Zorovex Technologies (Pvt.) Limited and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOROVEX TECHNOLOGIES (PVT.) LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ZOROVEX TECHNOLOGIES (PVT.) LIMITED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though certain provisions survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.
